Q: What’s the major difference between Virgin Hair and Raw Hair?
A: Virgin Hair is 100% human hair that has never been chemically processed. It’s soft, versatile, and often steam-styled for consistent textures like body wave or straight. Virgin Hair may require less maintenance than Raw Hair. Raw Hair is the purest form of human hair—unprocessed, unaltered, and collected from single donors. It’s fuller, more natural in texture, and offers exceptional longevity.
Q: How long does virgin or raw hair from theDHcollection last?
A: With proper care, our virgin and raw hair can last 2 years or more — many clients wear their units for several years with maintenance and reinstallations.
Q: Can your hair be dyed or styled with heat?
A: Yes. All of our virgin or raw hair can be bleached, dyed, blow-dried, straightened, curled, or styled just like your natural hair. We recommend going to a professional for any bleaching and dying services.

Q: What’s the difference between a wig and a unit?
A: A wig is the general term, but a unit is a luxury, custom-crafted wig made from premium virgin or raw hair. Units are designed for a natural look, flawless fit, and long-lasting wear. Hairstylists normally use these terms interchangeably.
Orders & Shipping
Q: Do you offer pre-orders or ready-to-ship hair?
A: Yes! We carry both ready-to-ship units/bundles and custom pre-order units. Processing times are listed on each product page.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Ready-to-ship items are processed within 5-7 business days and shipped accordingly. Tracking numbers will be provided to each customer. Custom units may take 10-15 business days depending on complexity. Shipping times vary by location.
Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns. Please review our Return Policy for full details.
Bridal and formal Hair Services

Q: Do you offer bridal hair styling?
A: Yes, we specialize in luxury bridal styling, including exquisite up-dos, sleek buns, soft 'Hollywood' glam waves, natural textured looks and more. We also provide custom bridal units for your big day. Check out our Bridal Services page to learn more and submit an inquiry.

Q: Do you only offer formal styling services for brides?
A: Not at all! We provide formal hairstyling for anyone preparing for a special occasion—whether it’s an anniversary, birthday celebration, photoshoot, or another milestone event. You can easily submit your inquiry here.
Q: How far in advance should I book bridal or formal hair services?
A: We recommend booking at least 2–3 months before your wedding or special event to allow time for trials, custom unit creation, and final styling prep.
Q: Do you travel for weddings and formal events?
A: Yes, we offer on-site bridal/formal services locally and can travel upon request. Travel fees may apply.

Natural Hair Care

Q: Do you service natural hair as well?
A: Absolutely! We offer treatments, silk presses, protective styling, and healthy scalp care to help your natural hair thrive under and outside of your units. If there is ever a time we are unable to service you for a particular reason, we will provide recommendations to great stylists who specialize in your specific need.
Q: Can I wear a unit if I have natural hair?
A: Yes! Units are a protective style that allows your natural hair to rest and grow while still giving you styling versatility.

Q: Do you offer consultations?
A: Yes, we offer consultations and recommend booking one to discuss the best unit, bundles, or bridal styling for your needs, especially if you are a new client or purchasing quality virgin hair for the first time.
Q: How do I care for my unit at home?
A: We provide a Hair Care Guide/Maintenance Tips card with every purchase, including washing, styling, and storage tips to keep your hair lasting as long as possible.
